We offer a New Hire Incentive Package (effective 12/11/25):
All newly hired B Level Technicians can qualify with the opportunity to earn up $6,000+ in addition to regular pay in the first year*. PLUS the opportunity to earn up to $72.50 per flat rate hour!

Bob King Automotive Management representative will provide details to those with prior experience as an B Level Technician. Criteria for qualification will include prior experience and demonstration of skill level. Payments will be made over the 1st year of employment so the new hire must maintain employed status during this time to earn the full payment amount. This payment is in lieu of any guarantees.

Open Interviews will be held at Bob King Mazda Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm daily. Please come in and ask for Darin, Brittany, Dennice or Randy.

• 2 + Years of Experience as Automotive Technician REQUIRED
• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and tires, potentially up to 75 pounds
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair
• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Able to diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including but not limited to Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Steering, Suspension, Braking, Air Conditioning, etc. to specification.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and Service Manager concerning the safety of inspected vehicles. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR check, and a drug test.
