REVELxp - Account Manager, Rhino Winston-Salem
REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company that partners with hundreds of college and professional teams to deliver exceptional fan experiences. We manage full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events, and exclusive ticket packages, while also providing comprehensive staffing and venue installation solutions to event partners.
We are growing rapidly and seek goal‑oriented, purpose‑driven, high‑energy individuals to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting local staff, training them to our standards, and managing both staffing and event operations at venues on event days.
Duties And Responsibilities- Provide leadership to all staff at your account, both in the office and at events.
- Communicate regularly with the REVELXP Staffing Operations Management Team to provide updates on internal and external account operations.
- Build, maintain, and nourish constructive relationships with clients, giving and receiving feedback professionally.
- Lead large‑scale staff training on company and client venue standards, covering emergency management, customer service, and positive team environment.
- Create and track all event invoices using our workforce management solution system, ABI Master Mind.
- Ensure compliance with all company administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage account budgets, reporting, invoicing, onboarding processes, time processes, and communication for all clients within the account.
- Position functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President of REVELXP.
- Position functions with significant independence in day‑to‑day duties and responsibilities, often requiring long hours during large events and training sessions.
- Frequently required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Must move quickly and energetically around events, with long periods of standing on event days and sitting on office days.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of large‑scale sports & event management experience or collegiate/professional football experience.
- Proven leadership and effective communication experience managing large groups in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous football operations or large event experience required.
- Lead by example professionally and personally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking for large groups and training sessions.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive, adaptable response to change.
- Strong customer service emphasis and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
