A growing family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in North Carolina is hiring a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM). Ownership is known for genuinely taking care of its people, and the Regional Business Office Manager is a key leader on the team.
The Regional Business Office Manager guides the facility business offices rather than doing the day-to-day work. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Regional Business Office Manager position.
Regional Business Office Manager Benefits- Salary of $85,000-$105,000 per year

- Lead and participate in aging / accounts receivable (AR) calls
- Oversee Medicaid pending cases through to approval
- Train new Business Office Managers (BOMs) and business office staff as needed
- Keep multiple facilities organized and on track while managing competing priorities
- Pay: $85,000-$105,000 per year

- Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting — prior nursing home experience is required
