REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Indirect Procurement in Winston Salem, NCThis role will lead, drive, and develop ensuring the successful execution of the strategic sourcing of materials and services for Reynolds American through the development of innovative and sustainable sourcing strategies to deliver a significant competitive advantage for the company, while achieving the functional targets (savings, cash delivery, innovation, supplier management, stakeholder management and innovation).

- Deeply understands and is capable to effectively translate business strategies, objectives & demand forecast. Has the ability to positively challenge resulting business requirements.
- Mastering the ability to bring others along with you on your journey by building trust and rapport. Able to get your point across in a way that changes others behaviors. Influencing the stakeholder community to ensure proper policies, tools and processes are being executed to ensure the optimal result of the Procurement activities.

- B.S. Degree in Business administration, Supply Chain or Engineering or related field with 10 years of procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge in procurement processes and managing a team.
- Proficiency with SAP and Coupa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
- Interpersonal & Communications skills
