Responsibilities
Oversee project estimating, take-offs and purchasing.
QualificationsMust be highly computer literate (particularly with Excel) and have excellent familiarity with residential building materials.
ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction, project management, building materials purchasing, and / or directly involved in builder or contractor material sales, having done take-offs, purchasing, etc.
EducationDegree in related field, or equivalent experience.
CompensationFrom $60k to start based on qualifications and experience.
