Customer Service Representative

. As the leading distributor of industrial fabrics in the United States, our products are integral to a variety of sectors including industrial packaging, building products, automotive, filtration, furniture, and mattress manufacturing. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Work closely with the sales and plant management team
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with computers and customer service software
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Customer‑focused mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
