Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Winston Salem, NC. About the Practice:

The practice consists of twelve physicians, along with eight advanced practice providers, three pelvic floor specialists, and six sonographers for support. This well-established group has been serving women in the Winston Salem area for over 50 years with a top-notch reputation for clinical excellence and patient care. The practice focuses on minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, urogynecology, reproductive care management, and both low-risk and high-risk obstetrics.

Patients are cared for at the main office in Winston Salem and two satellite offices. The main office has in-office surgery, mammography, pelvic floor therapy, and a medical spa. Additionally, the physicians perform both deliveries and major gynecological surgical procedures at Forsyth Medical Center and Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Overnight call is attended at Forsyth Medical Center only. Both facilities have high level NICU units, robotic surgery availability and a full-complement of women's health subspecialty physician support.

Practice has 3 office locations in the following areas:
Winston Salem, Kernersville, and Mount Airy.

The physicians perform deliveries and surgical procedures at the Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center and the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, both located in Winston Salem.

Both hospitals offer a full range of consultative services, 24-hour in-house anesthesia, and full NICU services.

Subspecialty support is available for Gyn-Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Urogynecology.

Office patient volume: 30 daily per physician

Strong work/life balance: 1 weekday of call assigned every other week.

Physicians normally perform 8-10 deliveries per month

Competitive salary and benefits package.

$30K sign on bonus and $30K retention bonus.

Bonus income potential available starting in the first year of tenure.
