General Neurology and Sleep Opening in Winston-Salem, North Carolina Position Details:

• Seeking a BE/BC trained Neurologist for the Triad-area
• Full-time, permanent
• Full headache patient panel
• Provide neurological consults and treatment plans related to general neurology disorders; including but not limited to chronic migraine, offering Botox and Trigger Point Injections.
• This position is for General Neurology that will encompass all Neurology care, however we welcome candidates with special interest in treatment of chronic migraines.

Qualifications:
• Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required - Completion of an accredited residency program required - For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state - Board certification or eligibility - Current DEA license requiredHealth System Details:
