Novant Health is seeking a PRN Psychiatrist to cover shifts at Forsyth Medical Center and Thomasville Medical Center.
Opportunity Highlights- Day Shift
- Inpatient Psychiatrist will be caring for assigned patients on our 51‑bed adult unit
- Option to pick up shifts at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston‑Salem, NC and Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville, NC
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Psychiatry
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Current DEA license required
- Patient population: 18+ for acute care
- Complete daily rounding and timely documentation on assigned patients
- Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary treatment team that includes providers, nursing, therapy and support staff
