• Community hospital, large tertiary center with 900+ licensed beds
• Palliative Care Unit with specialized nursing care
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physicians, advancded practice providers, nurse navigator and counselor

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Primarily Consultative Service
• Does include Admissions and Discharges on palliative unit patients
• Day shift, 7on/7off schedule with some scheduling flexibility
