Nursing Clinical Faculty‑Adult Health

Teaching responsibilities include conducting clinical instruction (face‑to‑face and virtual), correlating classroom content to the clinical setting, facilitating student achievement of course objectives, and modeling professionalism for culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

Research and Investigation
- Master of Science in Nursing Education. Under special circumstances, a baccalaureate degree with preparation in teaching and adult learning may be considered.
- Minimum two (calendar) years of full‑time RN clinical practice verified with the Board of Nursing.
- Work experience and/or teaching experience in adult health/medical‑surgical nursing.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
- CTA certification required if teaching qualifications are not met.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in specialty areas.
- Ability to leverage technologies that engage students in learning, including face‑to‑face clinical instruction.
- Strong conflict and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canvas platforms.
- Commitment to professional growth through participation in professional organizations, conferences, and workshops.

Temporary (time‑limited) – 1 to 2 semesters for 2025‑2026. - Salary:
