. This role empowers Infant teachers to succeed with the resources, support, and professional development they need.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a schedule of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
  • Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with families, while mentoring new teachers and serving as a role model for the teaching team.
Qualifications
  • CDA with an educational plan to complete an associate degree is required.
  • Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development related field is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of professional experience teaching in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.
  • Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center is preferred.
Physical Requirements

This leadership role requires work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide center supervision, curriculum delivery, business management, and customer and client services, in compliance with Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws and regulations. The role includes office/computer/phone work, in‑person supervision of care delivery and employees, family interactions, and the ability to temporarily serve as a supervising caregiver for brief periods.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $55,000 per year. The actual compensation within this range depends on experience, education, training, certifications, geography and other relevant factors.
