• Coordinate with internal and external customers, demonstrating product knowledge.
• Manage details of customer orders from receipt through invoicing.
• Review transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Work closely with product line managers and engineering to determine technical scope of work for orders placed on plant.
• Coordinate daily activities with operations, quality, engineering, and shipping/receiving to ensure orders progress to meet customer commitments.
• Expedite orders or proposals for customers as necessary.
• Work with purchasing to schedule requests for subcontract services at supplier facilities.
• Maintain positive customer and interpersonal relationships, including telephone, correspondence, and customer visits as required.
• Provide customer correspondence such as schedule updates, quality issues, clarification of scopes of work, and any information impacting customer deliveries.
• Create and provide reports on customer‑centered metrics to upper management.
• Create work instructions and SOPs of process and standards specific to the plant.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience involving customer interaction, prioritization of work, and ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of ERP systems; experience in SAP is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information, with high professional ethics, dependability, good judgment, and decisive action.
• Ability to work with established deadlines and achieve goals and outcomes.

Pay Range: $60 K – $70 K. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
