• Implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections, manage nonconforming products, and maintain control plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
• Analyze quality data (SPC, MSA, Gage R&R) to monitor performance and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Support APQP and PPAP activities and respond to customer complaints and scorecard metrics.
• Develop and update SOPs and provide training on quality standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies;
  Green Belt or ASQ CQE certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
