Are you an accomplished Engineering Program Lead seeking a dynamic opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in product development? We are looking for a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of engineering principles and a track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development of our Interiors Seating Products, encompassing both existing lines and exciting new product introductions.
As an Engineering Program Lead, you will spearhead critical projects from inception through execution, influencing every phase from planning and budgeting to implementation and customer delivery. You'll collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers, program managers, and suppliers, ensuring that project milestones are met with utmost precision and quality. - Lead Strategic Initiatives:
Drive planning, organization, and coordination of engineering activities to uphold customer satisfaction and achieve project deliverables. - Project Management Excellence:
