Senior Civil Engineer

A growing engineering firm is seeking experienced Civil Engineering Project Managers to lead site development projects from proposal through construction. This is a client-facing role overseeing project teams, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, and overall project delivery.

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, scopes, and project teams
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, and utilities
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants
• Review plans, calculations, specifications, and technical documents
• Mentor junior engineers and designers
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects

• 8+ years of civil engineering experience
  , including 3+ years in project management
• Active North Carolina PE license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong site development and permitting experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
• Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills
• NC/SC municipal and regulatory experience preferred
