Our client is a profitable and growing middle‑market Engineering & Construction Services enterprise with ambitious growth plans under private equity ownership. The business has grown organically with a reputation for expert engineering and construction capabilities and a rapidly expanding market outreach. The company has experienced exponential growth and is looking to build out a stronger and more robust foundational accounting and finance function to support strategic growth initiatives for the business.

We are seeking an operationally‑focused Chief Financial Officer who will set an example and hold others accountable, who will work in the trenches and have experience building out robust process, procedures and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have had previous success building out high‑performance, best‑in‑class finance and accounting teams and, in particular, will have experience building out a robust FP&A function with insightful KPI dashboards and analytics.

Experience in selection and implementation of new systems and technology initiatives will be a significant asset (ERP/CRM, etc.). This position requires a hands‑on leader with an in‑depth understanding industrial project accounting, able to effectively manage in a highly interactive, multi‑project, multi‑geography environment. International growth exposure will be an asset.
