As a Surgical Technologist at Kimel Park Surgical Center, you will scrub for surgical procedures, maintain a sterile field, prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment, and support the surgical team and quality improvement activities.

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent education and experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• BLS certification.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient management, aseptic techniques, and ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians.
