Clinical Therapist​/Counselor​/Lcmhc

Certus Psychiatry is a leading mental health practice, with tremendous growth and a passion to better serve our patients and providers. We are seeking a compassionate and positive Mental Health Therapist LCMH C to provide therapeutic support for patients with mental health and behavioral health issues.

We work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and other practitioners in outpatient settings, providing plans for therapeutic interventions, appropriate follow up care, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating treatment processes with appropriate team members.

This position is full time (40hs/week).

• Recommending treatment plan and following treatment outcomes.
• Active participation in case conferences and related team-based meetings.
• Working with the clinical staff towards the integration of patient health with behavioral health.
• Providing client education on behavioral health issues and strategies for recovery.
• Healthy work balance between in-person and telehealth.

• Has master’s degree in Human Service field required (LCMHC) and will be able to join the private insurance panels. Cognitive behavior therapy skills are required for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR programs.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients.
