Hybrid BCBA - Winston‑Salem, North Carolina (3 days in‑clinic / 2 days remote)

Base pay range

$90,000 – $100,000 per year.

This full‑time hybrid role includes 3 in‑clinic days per week at our Winston‑Salem location and 2 remote workdays for flexibility, documentation, and family collaboration.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play‑based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
