Pay Range: $50,050 - $75,100.
OverviewResponsible for overseeing daily operations within the Mid Revenue Cycle function, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and performance goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clinicians, IT teams, and revenue cycle partners to drive performance, standardization, and strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned function area. - Process Improvement:
Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and support standardized best practices across the Mid-Revenue Cycle. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. - Performance Monitoring:
Utilize KPIs to measure effectiveness and implement data-driven strategies for improvement. - Technology Utilization:
Leverage healthcare technology and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and support decision-making. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders to integrate processes effectively. - Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a team of professionals. - Strategic Initiatives:
Lead initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Experience:
Minimum 8 years in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, HIM, or healthcare technology, including 2+ years of leadership experience. - Licensure/Certification:
Relevant industry certification from an approved accrediting body. - Skills:
Mid-Revenue Cycle, Financial & Data Analysis, Technology & Systems Proficiency, Process Improvement, Leadership & Team Development, Collaboration, Problem‑Solving.
