• Lead weekly team meetings.

• Organize and prioritize responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve clinical/operational or personnel issues swiftly.
• Maintain a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges.

• Manage daily operations: opening/closing, patient registration, scheduling, cash handling.
• Verify benefits, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory, and banking tasks.
• Use approved telephone scripts to schedule appointments.
• Conduct individual consultations to onboard new patients and drive sales.
• Follow up with patients to monitor progress and address missed appointments.

• Perform clinical tasks: vitals, EKGs, injections, phlebotomy.
• Counsel patients on progress and dietary goals.
• Document patient progress in charts/EMR.
• Take on additional clinical duties as needed.

• Live a healthy lifestyle and embody wellness principles.
• Knowledge of nutrition and exercise (basic to advanced).
• Experience in medical clinic management with proven leadership.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding work ethic, dependability, and commitment to excellence.
• Excels in sales and customer service, connecting with patients and driving growth.
