Location:
Novant Health, Triad Region (will float to all hospitals as needed but primarily will be at Forsyth, Kernersville, and Thomasville Medical Centers).
Schedule:
7 on / 7 off, 3rd shift (8:30p - 6:30a), Wednesday - Tuesday.

As a Clinical Pharmacist
, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care—providing expert medication management, collaborating with physicians, and driving clinical excellence.
- Provide pharmaceutical care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Monitor drug therapies for safety and effectiveness
- Educate patients and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Education:
4‑Year/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, required. Doctorate of Pharmacy, preferred. - Experience:
Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in a health system pharmacy, required. - Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role; excludes PRN team members who may not be eligible to take certification exam, required.

Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
