Occupational Therapist​/OT

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings, and participate in family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, and provide referrals and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physicians, service recipients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• At least one year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; lifting up to 100 pounds safely following procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and capability to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Physical tasks including pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
• Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter.
