Salary: $18.00‑$21.00 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED (required); two years of college or secretarial science degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office environment experience (required); prior staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to secure and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff and complete competency testing.
• Working knowledge of Time & Staffing schedules preferred.
• Detail oriented, problem‑solving, and flexible to work varying shifts (required).
• Work independently with minimal direct supervision (required).
