This role is essential for smooth kitchen operations and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Dishwasher/Steward responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas while supporting the culinary team by maintaining sanitation standards and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed.

Base pay: $13.00/hr – $13.00/hr (provided by HVMG).

• Serve as the dish pit hero of the hotel’s kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized workspace that enables the culinary team to shine.
• Wash dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• Provide a strong foundation for future career advancement within the hospitality industry, such as line cook, prep cook, or kitchen management positions.

• A combination of education and experience in a hotel setting is a plus.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Basic literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job‑related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
