Manager, Bradley Professional, A Division of The Bradley Group Seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader | CSP & CTS Certified | Nationwide Recruiter…Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced HR professional to support all aspects of human resources in a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with plant management and corporate HR to drive recruiting, employee engagement, training, compliance, and safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role within a manufacturing environment with emphasis on recruiting personnel, safety and general HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for permanent, seasonal, and temporary positions
- Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and track applicant progress
- Organize internal job fairs and participate in external career events
- Facilitate new hire orientation and integration, tracking progress at 30, 60, and 90 days
- Maintain a strong presence on the plant floor, fostering engagement and positive relationships
- Advise management on employee performance, retention strategies, and workplace issues
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and benefits effectively to employees
- Administer recognition programs and provide coaching to supervisors
- Track employee training and skill development programs
- Collaborate with corporate HR to deliver effective training initiatives
- Support Pay-for-Skills program, documenting employee progress and removing barriers to advancement
- Promote a culture of safety with zero harm and ensure OSHA compliance
- Maintain safety records, deliver safety training, and assist with incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support management decisions
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions
- Process weekly payroll changes accurately and on time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and HR experience
- Minimum 3 years HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- HR certification or OSHA certification is a plus
