Axway Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an Axway Analyst for a 12‑month contract with one of our long‑term customers in Winston‑Salem, NC.

Our client is migrating several hundred business partners from IBM Sterling B2B to Axway. The analyst will contact 25‑30 customers per week, coordinate and schedule migrations, troubleshoot AS2 and SFTP communications, and communicate challenges and completions to leadership. The analyst will work with solutions integrators to support cross‑over, business, and technical services.

• Contact customers to inform them about the transition, coordinate timing, troubleshoot communications, and update leadership on outcomes.
• Troubleshoot AS2 connections and SFTP login credentials.
• Leverage mapping experience with Axway’s suite of tools, especially Mapping Services, for designing, simulating, deploying, and managing data transformations between different formats in B2B and API integration scenarios.
• Work with customers to perform migration and setup, providing support throughout the process.

• Experience with Axway products, EDI analysis, AS2, and SFTP.
• Prior migration or customer‑setup experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred local to location: 2‑3 days onsite.

Contract position based out of Winston‑Salem, NC. Hybrid role.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $60.00 per hour.
