Solid network fundamentals: L2/L3, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, VXLAN, spine-leaf, Linux networking (bonds, bridges, name spaces)
End-to-end troubleshooting (tcpdump, Wireshark, OVS flow tracing)
Consulting in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, government) with strong documentation (ADRs, runbooks, playbooks)
Nice-to-Haves Cisco experience (preferred); multi-vendor welcome

Certifications:
