Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate transactions, private equity investments, private funds, and federal and state securities laws. This position encompasses a diverse range of corporate and investment-related legal matters, including:

  • Structuring and negotiating corporate transactions and private equity investments.
  • Advising on securities offerings and compliance with the Investment Advisers Act or the Investment Company Act.
  • Providing guidance on corporate governance principles and statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents related to private funds and securities laws.

Requirements
