Our client is a lower middle market custom manufacturing and engineering services business seeking a Vice President of Finance. The role involves partnering strategically with the CEO and management team to elevate the business to the next level.
You will implement a robust finance and accounting platform to support aggressive growth strategies, including acquisitions and organic expansion. Responsibilities include overseeing finance, accounting, and human resources functions. This is a hands-on role requiring involvement in detailed financial activities and strategic initiatives, such as upgrading financial reporting, operational KPI dashboards, and overhauling systems for cost accounting and inventory management. Experience leading the integration of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and the ability to support productivity across all organizational levels.
