Campaign Coordinator
Projected start date of January 2026, contingent on the passing of the state budget. This is an Exempt Professional Staff position. About the RoleReport directly to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement. Provide project and administrative support for UNCSA’s next comprehensive campaign. Responsibilities include creating and managing campaign timelines and budgets, coordinating logistics for campaign meetings and consultant visits, and keeping the campaign leadership team on track with quarterly milestones.
Requirement: exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and prioritize in a quickly changing environment. Curiosity and enthusiasm about the team, UNCSA, and potential represented by this campaign are must. Work requires contact with donors, volunteers, consultants, board members, and campus leadership, requiring highest level of sensitivity, judgment, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent project management and administrative support for the development of UNCSA's next comprehensive campaign.
- Work with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and the Campaign Leadership Team to understand priorities, track and monitor progress, and ensure achievement of quarterly milestones.
- Track and manage the process of developing campaign ideas and priorities, including following up with deans, faculty, and campus leadership.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Advancement to arrange meetings, visits, and other calendar needs.
- Collaborate with all Advancement teams to ensure effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- All degrees must be from accredited institutions.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of proven administrative or project management experience.
- Previous experience providing project management or administrative support in a university and/or advancement environment.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge/RENXT or other donor database.
- Familiarity with UNCSA and passion for the arts is a plus.
- Standard work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, on campus office.
- Evening and weekend work may be required for campaign events and activities.
- Some travel may be required.
