REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Maintenance – ASC in Winston‑Salem

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on leader to oversee maintenance operations across two sites. This new role will manage a team of 6 maintenance supervisors and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to achieve production goals.
  • Align staffing, prioritize work orders, and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., breakdowns, work orders) and drive data‑based decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams and OEM vendors for equipment upgrades and improvements.
  • Develop training plans and foster a culture of high performance.
What are we looking for?
  • High School diploma or GED + 7+ years progressive management experience (manufacturing environment).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
  • Technical understanding of maintenance operations; electrical/controls background a plus.
  • Preferred:
    Associate/Bachelor’s degree and project management or engineering experience.
