Area Maintenance Analyst

• Develop and implement data‑driven equipment action plans to improve machine performance.
• Collaborate and lead teams in Root Cause Analysis and provide technical solutions for production personnel.
• Participate and lead the equipment maintenance portion of the daily area performance planning meetings.
• Drive planning, completion and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
• Track defined equipment KPI’s associated with improvement efforts.
• Perform work assignments in accordance with company policies, safety and GMP standards.
• Attend and participate in meetings with equipment vendors and others related to equipment and/or processes used in the production area.
• Comply with environmental, health & safety policies and mitigate related risks.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years manufacturing experience, or AA degree with 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to recommend and lead continuous process improvement efforts.
• Experience in equipment repair, machinery alignment, bearing installation/maintenance, lubrication techniques and material handling systems (pumps, fans, conveyors). Preferred.
• Understanding and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels and with external vendors.
• Proficiency with Windows‑based software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative and self‑motivation.
