HR Manager | Automotive Manufacturing

The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions across multiple automotive manufacturing plants in the Greensboro and Winston‑Salem region. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence within a high‑volume, lean manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in multi‑site automotive manufacturing, strong labor relations expertise, and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, with Toyota Production System (TPS) experience highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR management experience within automotive manufacturing
• Proven experience supporting multiple plants in an OEM or Tier One supplier environment
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles;
  Toyota Production System (TPS) experience highly preferred
• In‑depth understanding of employment law, employee relations, and compliance in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with operations leadership
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried work forces
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Electrical or automotive components manufacturing
• Change management in high‑growth or transformation environments

This role will sit ONSITE in Winston‑Salem, NC.
