We are seeking experienced pickers/packers for second shift. Candidates with a background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing are preferred. We will also consider individuals with construction or general manual labor experience. This is a fast‑paced, physically demanding role, so a strong work ethic and ability to lift 40-50 pounds regularly are required. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter and capable of maintaining a high pace while meeting production goals.

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift experience preferred)
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet production quotas while maintaining a fast pace
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- At least 12 consecutive months at a previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing role
- Strong experience as a picker/packer
- Forklift experience preferred
- Able to lift 40-50 pounds throughout the shift
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic
- Steel‑toe shoes required
- Availability to work on holidays when needed
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM – 1 AM (overtime as needed). Full‑time evening shift, 8‑10 hour shifts.
