Bobby Boy Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Bread Production Manager to lead our bread program in Winston-Salem, NC. We are committed to making exceptional bread using fresh-milled flour, local ingredients, traditional techniques, and naturally fermented sourdough.
The Bread Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day production of our bread program, ensuring that all products are made to a consistently high standard while maintaining an efficient and organized production environment.
This is a salary-based, full-time position, generally requiring 40–50 hours per week. The role requires an early-morning start, and candidates must be comfortable working a production schedule that begins early in the day.
