** DME Racing is hiring a full-time TIG Welder/Fabricator at 2260 Old Salisbury Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127. The role supports a motorcycle drag-racing performance and manufacturing company that competes in XDA Pro Street and builds racing products for racers.

The work includes interpreting schematics and basic blueprints, changing gas bottles, configuring welder setups, welding specialized components to precise standards, keeping the welding area clean, and completing a welding proficiency test. DME Racing makes racing exhausts, chassis and subframe components, and aluminum swingarms for performance motorcycles.

* Employment type:

Full-time
* Pay: $19 to $26 per hour, based on experience and a 90-day review

* Schedule:

Eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability
* Materials:
Stainless steel, chromoly, aluminum, titanium, and thin-wall aluminum and stainless steel from 16 to 20 gauge
* Benefits: 401(k) matching, flexible schedule, and bonus payAt least three years of hands-on TIG-welding experience is required. Racing-industry experience is preferred, especially frame building or exhaust fabrication. Applicants must complete a welding proficiency test, and the work requires independent operation in a clean, organized welding area.
