Pay Range: $57.85 - $86.80

We offer a sign on bonus of $18,000 for experienced NNPs, CME reimbursement of up to $2,500, and 5 additional PTO days per year for Continuing Medical Education. Our team-focused patient care approach involves conducting thorough examinations and evaluations in a medical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced knowledge and skills to provide nursing and selected medical procedures for neonates and infants
• Communicate and collaborate with appropriate members of the health care team, including patient families
• Work to improve the quality of care provided to neonates
• Advance the care of neonates through participation in and application of the research process
• Ensure the continuous quality of professional services by maintaining updated knowledge and skills
• Maintain current and valid licensure with the State Board of Nursing

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's Program, Master's degree or higher required
• Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• BCLS, PALS, and NRP required
