Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager – Outpatient Surgery Facility
Join Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager at our Winston‑Salem Ambulatory Surgery Facility, where you will lead high‑quality nursing care in a modern outpatient setting.

: 70101 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Surgery Center, Winston‑Salem, NC - Status
:
Full‑time - Hours
: 40 hours per week, scheduled as Day hours - Pay Range
: $50.05 – $75.10 per hour - Schedule
:
Days (on duty)
- Ensure the department mission and nursing philosophy are achieved through measurable annual goals.
- Demonstrate caring leadership, effective communication, and motivation to achieve established outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory standards, including CMS, TJC, and WFBH Department policies.
- Lead and coordinate care with other clinics and within the service line to provide consistent, quality patient care.
- Oversight of staff coordination, including hiring, orientation, performance management, and professional development.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with WFBH point‑of‑care policies and applicable federal regulations.
- BSN required;
Master’s degree in nursing preferred. - At least two years of nurse manager experience preferred; ambulatory experience within the last two years required.
- Minimum five years’ total nursing experience preferred.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- RN license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
- Negotiation and conflict resolution

- Base compensation within the stated pay range based on qualifications, experience, and training.
