Buyer's Agent - Real Estate Business Team

Overview

Beyond Home Advisors is seeking a driven and passionate Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team in the Triad. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients find their perfect homes and investment properties. You will work closely with buyers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them seamlessly through every step of the home-buying process.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to morning huddles, weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology & Playbooks

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• Industry experience preferred

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $/yr
