This range is provided by Terri Bias and Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Have conversations with prospective buyers and sellers daily and follow up with your pipeline
- Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings, and host open houses as needed
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers
- Contact and follow-up potential clients assess their wants and needs in a home to promote new business
- Utilize our data management system to track activities and see progress.
- Represent the team well by how you conduct yourself and your knowledge of the process
- An active North Carolina Real Estate License
- A willingness to learn proven systems and processes and a drive to succeed
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- An ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success
- Participation in team activities per team standards
