Night Cook – The Village Tavern

Join the Village Tavern family as a Night Cook at our original location in Reynolda Village. We’re hiring experienced Line Cooks for part‑time or full‑time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full availability is a plus.

As a Night Cook you will prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes in a fast‑paced environment, while maintaining a safe and clean kitchen. You will help keep the kitchen clean and organized and support the team during high‑volume service.

• Prepare ingredients, set up stations, and keep supplies stocked for service.
• Cook menu items to the standards of the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure food is prepared timely, maintains quality, and is presented attractively.
• Clean and sanitize work area after each shift, wash dishes, and maintain inventory.
• Follow sanitation regulations, safety standards, and work procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with washing dishes and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.
• Arrive on time in clean, uniform. Show a positive attitude and teamwork.

• Experience as a line cook or in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Strong attention to food safety and sanitation.

Pay range: $16‑$20 per hour, based on experience.
Pay is hourly.
