Position Highlights- Located in Winston Salem, NC
- Day 1 Health Coverage:
Choose from either copay or HSA-eligible health insurance options with coverage starting on your first day of work. - Generous PTO:
Accrual starts at 25 days/year, to be used for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.
Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks and coffee of the day to Starbucks standards. Prepares all beverages to standard and hands out quality drinks every time. Follows policies and procedures for operational flow at each station. Follows established safety standards using safe food handling guidelines. Maintains a clean work area and immediate surrounding area.
Requirements- Previous customer service experience
- Complete training and obtain Barista certification with a score of 90%
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to learn and comply with cash register system and procedures
- Ability to adjust to the needs of the department
- Desire to achieve high customer service standards
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people including employees, nursing staff, managers, and hospital staff
- Constant standing/walking
- Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs.
- Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
- Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
