We are hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Copain Winston‑Salem. In this role you will support the daily operations of the counter, from greeting guests and preparing beverages to assembling orders and keeping displays organized. This is an opportunity to help bring Copain’s hospitality and craftsmanship to a growing community.

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care
• Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and back‑of‑house spaces
• Assist with inventory rotation and receiving deliveries
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures
