Job OverviewRetail Sales Representatives (RSR) serve as brand ambassadors who bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. In a constantly evolving retail experience, you will uncover customer needs, recommend device and service solutions, and continuously build expertise in the connected world.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers in picking up where they left off, whether online, in‑store, or through Customer Care.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions that keep customers connected to the lifestyle they love.
- Approach sales and service with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Demonstrate T‑Mobile coverage, plans, and services to customers.
- Complete new‑associate training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience and knowledge resources.
- Seek information between customers, learning about wireless and technological innovations.
- Handle cash and store operations responsibilities as needed.
- Partner with T‑Mobile employees across business and customer service channels to resolve issues, hand off leads, and support team initiatives.
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
