Senior Outside Sales Account Executive – Toshiba America Business Solutions

First year potential total compensation: $100,000.
Base salary
: $38,000 – $40,000.
On‑track earnings at 100%: base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance up to $100,000.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self‑generated leads.
  • Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multifunction products.
  • Generate new business through prospecting and high conversion rates of warm leads from lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where opportunities exist; develop relationships and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating terms of sale and client training; act as an ambassador and representative for Toshiba.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objectives; conduct sales reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends influencing the marketplace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a B2B environment; or five or more years of high‑volume sales experience in technology, finance, mortgage/real estate, consulting, etc.
  • Five or more years of B2B experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
