Our client is a family-owned business with six locations across the Southeast, providing custom solutions in small and wide-format printing, signage, and e-commerce. They’re growing — and looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Winston-Salem team.
What You’ll DoBuild and nurture long-term client relationships
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Manage projects from start to finish, partnering with internal teams
Ensure exceptional service and overall client satisfaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset
Solid organizational and project management abilities
Detail-oriented problem solving
Experience in account management or sales (preferred)
Knowledge of the print industry (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
