What You'll Do
  • Educate and guide homeowners in selecting the best heating and cooling solutions for their needs
  • Conduct in‑home consultations, assess customer needs, and provide product recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach
  • Provide clear and honest pricing, ensuring transparency in all transactions
  • Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in HVAC sales, in‑home sales, or a similar customer‑focused role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and comfortable with new challenges
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
