- Conduct in‑home consultations, assess customer needs, and provide product recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach
- Provide clear and honest pricing, ensuring transparency in all transactions
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Experience in HVAC sales, in‑home sales, or a similar customer‑focused role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable with new challenges
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
