BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKERS NEEDED!

North Point CDJR in Winston‑Salem, NC, is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. In this full‑time, commission‑based role, you’ll showcase our diverse lineup and deliver top‑notch buying experiences.

Earn up to $100,000+ per year with a high‑performance commission structure that rewards success! We also offer health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and even free college tuition through Strayer University.

• Build strong customer relationships for a WORLD CLASS buying experience
• Drive sales of new and pre‑owned vehicles, meeting and exceeding targets
• Stay on top of product knowledge and industry trends in order to meet CDJR Certification Standards
• Guide customers through vehicle presentations and test drives
• Present financing and trade‑in options clearly to customers
• Follow up with customers, fostering long‑term connections
• Collaborate with the team and engage with clients using our CRM tools

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
